So I did a T25 focus workout along with the blogilates belly fat burner and the one direction booty challenge. Honestly, I really love the T25 workouts which are made by Shaun T, the same guy who did insanity. they’re super challenging and make you work hard, and with the right diet I saw results after 3 days of doing either beta cardio or beta speed and it’s so nice. Only 25 minutes so there’s really not a valid excuse to not do it every day. You can finally see my lil two pack ahhhh
